Here is your weekly Neighbourhood Alert including crime figures from your local beat team:

Bramcote:

For the year so far (01/04/2011 – 12/02/2012) in Bramcote there have been 179 crimes recorded which is 70 crimes less than this time last year or a 28% reduction. This year so far there have been 24 recorded burglaries and 30 recorded vehicle crimes which is 9 less burglaries (-27%) and 17 less auto crime (-36%) offences than this time last year.

Stapleford South East:

For the year so far (01/04/2011 – 12/02/2012) in Stapleford South East there have been 216 crimes recorded which is 4 crimes less than this time last year or a 2% reduction. This year so far there have been 10 recorded burglaries and 23 recorded vehicle crimes which is 20 less burglaries (-67%) and there have been the same number of auto crime offences than this time last year.

Crime Prevention Advice:

In relation to the auto crime figures for the Stapleford South East area please do not leave anything valuable in your cars at all. Also please consider fitting anti-theft number plate screws to your vehicles.

If anyone notices anything suspicious in the area you live please call 101 or 999 to inform Police of what you have seen. It is important that any suspicious activity is reported to us so that we can investigate the circumstances.
